i have a core 2 e6400 that i want to overclock to at least 2.8gH.(prob. more after additional cooling)
__________________i am running an x850xt oced w/ a zalman cooler 1 gig of ddr2 ram hd/dvd-cd-rom i tried to oc with my stock 500w power supply which is pcf inactive. when i turned the voltages up it wouldnt even post. i am now looking at a 500w pcf active XCLIO ps my first question is if the pcf is my problem and secondly if you have any other ps suggestions that is under $90.00

you can oc with any ps
but mine is really great

but when i tried ocing with my 500w it didnt even have enuff power to start up
