What's wrong with this picture? The reviewer didn't even notice or make mention of this serious issue. ![]() ![]()

Another review of the OCZ 850w PSU... same issue.
http://www.neoseeker.com/Articles/Ha...50w_psu/4.html However, a different review at another site but it has very good testing results. Does anyone have one and can provide some of their own testing results?

I dunno about that psu I think a multi would be much better to see if there actually was a problem because sometimes bios readings/software are bugged.

Quote:
@Mistawho... a PSU needs to provide voltages within 5% of the rated line. The 12v line should ALWAYS be 11.4-12.6v. Most decent PSUs can stay within 3% and top-end PSUs can usually do around 1.5%. Voltages of 12.5-12.7v is completely unacceptable.

PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750 FTW. More powerful than the OCZ 850W.

Go with the Silverstone Zeus 750W. I picked one up a few weeks ago and its been stellar. Also its dual 8800gtx certified by nvidia, the OCZ is not.

Silverstone is good too. But PC Power and Cooling is the only single rail PSU that I know of.
