Default need advice on buying new psu!!!

I am trying to decide between two psus from Hiper - a 580 watt model and a 730 watt model, both with modular cabling - opinions wanted !!!

It would depend on what it would be powering up. Is this PSU for your current rig???? Are you planning on upgrading any hardware (GPU for example)????

Mootsfox I think mcogan10 is looking for a modular PSU, since he has showed us that both of the PSU's he is looking at are both runnin a modular concept.

Modular is usually worse than non-modular in high end PSUs. OCZ uses FSP Group parts, which are much better than Hipro.

LOL....don't worry yuo aren't the only one with 0 rep. If you want to run 2 8800's then i would recommend AT LEAST 800w......
