Hey, well I know that it is assumed that all psu's that come with cases automatically suck, but I need to go that route anyways.
I need a new case and PSU for dirt cheap for my old PC. The PC is an old compaq athlon xp 2000 so nothing fancy, just ULTRA SILENT. I will have this PC up 24/7, so it must be silent for when I sleep. BTW the current PSU in there is

BTW I run 100% stable on antec smart power 450w with loaded up system, so the psu that comes with the sonata II is solid... and im sure if I get an OCZ game extreme, my stable OC can go up to 3.45 ghz... but it is not worth the 150...

anyways... I saw some good deals on egg for a case and psu for around 50 bucks with free shipping etc... does anyone have any recommendations?

lol the current psu in there is 200w with one 12v 10A rail... ran my 6800 OC'd, with 2 hard drives, 2 optical drives, 2 pci cards, 4 USB, 3 fans. My god.... made by Hipro... Really loud now due it practically being blown out...

A-Top used to have 450w psu's in their Blade cases at the Egg, but no more.
I haven't looked elsewhere, but I oc'd for 6 months with a XP-M 2600 at 2.6g
before I decided to swap it for a OCZ 450 Modstream.
Still sitting in the closet, if you cant find anything, pm me.
