Default Help choosing psu

I need help chooing a psu for new rig.

C2D E660
ASUS P5N Deluxe
CORSAIR XMS2 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Geforce 7600GTOC 256MB PCI-E (already own)
Western Digital Caviar SATA 250GB (already own)
Sony DVD/CD Burner (already own)
2X Seagate IDE HDD 120GB

I am not planning to use SLI. I want a psu that is reliable and good for overclocking, but my budget for psu is 75-100.

Generally you would want to spend WAY more than just 75-100 on a PSU.

Never forget, your PSU is what powers your rig and many people forgets this.
If your PSU dies, you have a quite large chance of killing far the most of your components.

i totally agree with this statement.

i think you would be better off waiting on 1-2 of those ide drives and get a better psu.

i recommend the pc power cooling 750 watt silencer. i love mine.
