Default My matx build. PSU?

Im a nub so sorry if I say something im not supposed to. I have a matx build and im looking into a PSU. I have the Antec NSK3300 case which comes with a 300w PSU. My question is, what is the minimum wattage that I should go for. (i know i shouldnt use that as a base for picking a psu but have a sfx PSU, so im low on options for now)

I have:
Intel MB
e4300
2g duel channel ram
DVD Burner
Memory Card reader
7950 gt(Soon to have)

You really shouldn't use wattage as a basis for buying.

Basically, what you want is a PSU that has around 25-30A on the 3.3, about the same thing on the 5V, and most of the Amps on the 12V rail... Since that's where most of the power is going to be going.

If you see a PSU that is sort of an off brand and has really high Amps on the 3.3V or 5V, that's a bit of a red flag. Don't buy anything like that.

If you have a budget for your PSU and more specifically what you'd like it to do now and in the future, go ahead and share that.

Budget is not a big concern. I just want to make sure I get a PSU with the right Specs. Since the bfg 7950gt requires a 12v rail with 22a. So i HAVE to find a PSU with at least 22a right? Would I need to find one with more than 22a to account for the extra hardware in my rig?
