Default PSU dying?

Hey guys, I noticed something pretty weird with my GameXtreme 700W. There is a little continuous noise (that goes like iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii) but not very loud, and when I move my mouse, and use my keyboard, it makes the noise. When I unplug USB devices, the noise becomes louder or is reduced, it's very strange. Not to mention once, I had one spark coming out of the USB because of something metallic inside, I RMAed motherboard, but there's this noise that at first would come out from capacitors on the motherboard, but in fact not, my temps are all good, all under 60c (60>GPU>CPU>System)
Though I do not experience crashes, unexpected restarts...

Did the spark come from the usb slot son the mobo or the case?

The problem could be from the dodgy USB port rather than the PSU.

You certain the noise is coming from the psu? The fan could be packing in maybe.
