What are your system specs? What kind of PSU? Have you tried not using a UPS?

Let me translate this for a second....

You have currently (to date) lost 3 power supplies, they have died somehow. Your friend told you it may be your UPS so you replaced it and it still killed the 3rd power supply. Now you want to know why this is happening?

It could very well be just a coincidence that 3 power supplies in a row were defective although this is highly unlikely it could be possible. The second thing I can think of is that the both UPS units were defective which is more likely than 3 power supplies. Thirdly I can say that maybe the system is requiring more juice than the power supply is rated for thus causing it to reach its peak and probably burn out (depends what brand you have).
