Default Will this still work?

I dont trust the calculator out there and i think I may need a new PSU sooner than i thought. I have a NeoPower 480 (specs here) and am planning to OC my Opty 170 to 3.0 . . pending temps. But I also just ordered a sata controlled so i can have my extra two storage drives in my case as well. . .

This is what I have/will have:

Asus A8N33-sli Deluxe
Opty 170 ccb1e 0609fpaw
EVGA 7900 GT KO
4x Raptors Raid 0
200 gig backup drive
2x160 gig storage drives
sata controller card
Audigy 2 ZS
two optical drives (I use both at the same time frequently)
G15 / G5
Ipod in dock on firewire
10/12 case fans (Currently only have 5)
MCP335 pump for WC
and I have my Medusa 5.1 headphones that use power from the USB

That should be everything and I use everything frequently. I don't fold often but i do encode etc so my CPU is @ 100% for hours @ a time. Im currently looking at the silencer in my sig but wont get it yet unless its necessary (like when i upgrade to an 8600 ultra or something)

Thanks for the help in advance.

HDD's only pull heavy current during spin-up & during boot GPU's pull next to nothing, a nice off-set!

Well when I OC I sometimes get to the Window's logo and before any bars come up it shuts down (ie during boot sequences) . . . it this normal for too high of OC's in general or could it be more. . .mind you I have done no troubleshooting and have only played around with it a couple of times.

Sounds like an unstable OC, back it down some.
