how do I know if I have enough power how can I see if everything is getting what it needs.

i'd say you definately have enough power with a 600watt PSU

but look in the bios to make sure your rails are ok

other than that, try motherboard monitor 5 or everest

but those dont seem to be accurate

You are doing just fine with 600watts I assure you. You even have a lot of room to breathe. But if you really want to know you can use this PSU calculator.

its a powmax... i wouldnt count on it for very long..
a good upgrade that comes w/ a free case that u dont have to use is the ultra x-connect 500w that will destroy that powersupply for $40

Well everyone says its my psu that is making my comp crash when i start up games what else could it be.
