Decent PSU, the brand is only good until you get to the higher wattage rating of that brand.

580 is plenty of power of overclock a C2D and a 8800 GTS. Don't even think about the GTX though.

That should be enough for that system. 8800GTS needs 450W minimum I believe.

430 according to Nvidia, but it's more likely recommended at 500.
