"Not enough wattage stress psu and cause failing?" Possible? With upping vcore + under wattage to supply will cause psu failing?

Are you talking about your rig or in general ?
Off course if you drain more wattage then the PSUs rated spec it'll crash, but usually there is plenty of wattage for your rig, the instability of the rails, especially the +12V, will cause PC instability.

In general I mean, but than I still can't figure out why my psu is failing if the wattage is enough for my rig... Fans draws lots of wattage? I have like 4 X 120MM fans, 2 X 90mm fans, 1 X northbridge fan. Max upped vcore was 1.475v and symptoms of failing appears.

Common Fans use less than 5w each.
