The Volt readings in PC Wizard accurate? I set the options to read at real time and my Volts are fluctuating. The Vcore static at 1.388-1.404 but my 3.3v, 5v, 12v are doing tango. Ive run my computer at stock for 9mos w/o a crash or lockup. Whats a good volt reader?

the 3.3, 5 and 12 v always fluctuate on my system, no matter which program I use to monitor...they just do it, I don't think there's anything you can do about it...as long as the voltages don't go more than +/- 3%, your OK

3.3v jumps up to 2.8, 5v up to 4.68, 12V lowest was 8v+.. This is bad? but VCore is always consistent. I havent disabled Cool & Quiet disabling this would remove the fluctuations caused by the CPU conserving energy?

those are some low voltages...maybe it's not reading it right...I mean, 8v on the 12v?...I've seen screen shots of SpeedFan where people had some weird voltages...I wouldn't worry about it if your system runs fine, probably bad sensors...
