PSU took out mobo... Need Suggestions !
Ok, here's the thing.
__________________My 400W Ultra PSU took out my K8NS-Pro, which is on it's way back to GigaByte.  So... I need a new PSU to make sure this won't happen again. Lookin' for the best PSU under $40 - ish.  What do you guys think of this Coolmax ? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817159031 I just need it to be reliable and not blow anything. Remember, it's for the SECOND rig in my sig. If the Coolmax absolutely positively won't do, then here's choice # 2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104953 And PLEASE, I need the cheapest one, since I'm also trying to fit a 3600 X2 into the purchase ! stay away from coolmax, I know the twelve volt rails arnt stable.... sorry I cant advise u on another, but my coolmax sucks.... also that aside ive heard of them blowing and taking out equipment too, unfortunately after I bought one.

Well, if you desire to prevent what happened to your last mobo with your new PSU then I'd go a little more expensive. say $65? But if your set on sub-$50 dollar one then I'd stick with that FSP, they make really good PSUs, might not be pretty, but neither is a fried motherboard....

The FSP would also be a good pick.
However, check davidhammocks PSU guide (it's a sticky in the PSU section). The XCLio gets the best bang/buck recommendation.
