I want to run 2 psus on the same comp. I need to plug in the psu to a mobo or make the psu think it is pluged into a psu. On a 24 pin molex you only short 2 wires on the molex mobo connecter. There is a faq on this for the 24 pin connectors, but not one on a psu of this type. The psu is probobly pushing 10 years old.

O alright well I'm not sure with old ones lol. If one is a 24-pin and one is like a 20-pin then I don't think it will even work.

Maybe you could use this adapter to hook them together (I'm assuming the old one is 20pin) http://www.xoxide.com/20-to-24-pin-adapter.html
