Default OCZ powerstream rails

hey, i just got my 420w powerstream and i have been playing around with the rails. I have the following:

+12v--12.096
+5v--5.042~5.08
+3.3v--3.312~3.328

after looking at the +12v rail is doesn't move at all.

but anyway here my question.

In bios the Rails are differnet then in windows, so should i set the rails in bios or windows?

Use the app that came with your motherboard for correct readings. The rails in windows are the true ones because it is under load.

Yeah mine has about a .2v difference from bios to windows. if you really thinks it's off or something just look at the LEDs on the back of the psu. green = good, yellow = low, red = bad... too much juice.

Good for you I'm glad you're starting to see the light, I also had a psu that made my computer restart a lot. Then I got my Powerstream and never looked back.
