Thanks antec for the reply here - however after looking over your site quite thoroughly I couldn't find a single piece of info on this and a google search brought me here.

As a matter of fact they did, I think there were a few 8800GTS cards. They also gave away an entire Alienware system, which was awesome.

Sigh... I have the identical problem. Rev 3.0 TPQ-850 with MSI 8800GT OC edition. They do not have a known fix for this so should I just try a random PSU RMA to see if rev 3.1 fixes it? Antec has announced that both the old and new revision TPQ's have trouble with the G92 core GPU's and they do not have an answer yet, but sometimes swapping out any part may fix it. I also updated all the BIOS's for IP35 mobo and made sure the 8800GT BIOS is the newest available.

Possible new solution found!
__________________As a last ditch effort after flashing and resetting and clearing everything I could, I searched for some beta Nvidia Forceware drivers and installed them. I have successfully run 3DMark06 twice without problems (14k score which is what my system is supposed to get) and no longer am getting the dreaded Sentinel Error. I will try some more benchies and reboot and shut down even more to make sure this is consistent and report again later this weekend. I used the latest Forceware beta drivers from 3dguru btw.

OK, I have been running cycles of 3DMark06 over and over as well as restarting, shutting down, unplugging PSU, and booting comp back up and cannot reproduce the Sentinel error, and 3DMarks are consistently on the dot for performance.
__________________It seems like Nvidia has found a way to fix this dreaded issue. I am using Forceware version 169.44. If you are still experiencing these problems please try these drivers out to confirm that it is also resolving your problems.

+ Rep to you, Lawrence! Thanks for sharing that good news!!!
BTW - it would be helpful if you go into your profile and add your system components to your signature, so we can all see what you're running.

I can also attest to the beta 169.44 fixing this sentinel issue. This happened both my old GTX and this new GT. Sentinel power issue now resolved.....however this new driver from what I can gather while testing has x264 decoding problems, but I'll not hijack this thread with those problems.
