True, but most PSUs are sold in the US as well so they usually do carry a UL number. I guess his doesn't.


RHoS means nothing in terms of performance. It just means low usage of toxic substances. Active Power Factor Correction means nothing really for home users.

Wait, doesn't APFC usually indicate high efficiency? That would save the end user on their electric bill. That's why it's required in the EU, it's readily available and leads to less wasted electricity. Which of course is more environmentally friendly as well friendlier on your wallet.
