Default Corsair 520HX

I was wondering if my psu is enough to power 2x8800GT in SLI, and not have stability issues.

If it matters I also have a pump for my water cooling setup, 2 lights (in a couple days..), 1xoptical drive, 1xhdd,2xfans hooked up to it...

Probably not. I mean, it might turn - but you could run into power issues, especially while playing games. They likely need more watts and more amps supplied on the 12V rails.

You could run SLI GT's with the Corsair 750TX though. A great PSU from the same make. 60Amps on a single 12V Rail, plus four 6+2 pin connectors.

wow the 750TX has 60A on the +12v

OK thanks for the input, I'll definitely invest in a new PSU before considering SLI

Does anyone here have one of those? I'm interested to know if it's quiet like my 520hx is.

No, it's not. The VX and TX lines are made by CWT. The TX is ok but not as great as the HX.

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (8) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives

Also, Silverstone DA650 should be plenty of power and for a long run.

They do make a 620w (as in the one I have) that should be fine for SLI'd GT's.
