Default issues with voltages

I've got a power supply that came with my case, brand name PoWork (probably crap) Its a 600W 24 Amp psu, is this anygood for overclock? Also my voltages are off and fluctuate a bit:
3.3 --> 3.06 to 3.15
5 --> 5.1 to 5.2
12 --> 11.7 to 12.3

Are these fluctuations hurting my overclock?

Welcome to the Forum

Can you post your system spec in your profile so that we can see what else this is running.

A 600W with only a +12V 24A rail does not sound like a high quality unit but pending your HW may or maynot be ok.

Get a new PSU that has more stable voltages.

yes, you need a more of a stable rail for overclocking, or else you will crash really easily. For more info, goto the link on my siggy

hmm some of those fluctuations are not too good. They should be within +/- 5%.

+3.3v rail should be within 3.135/3.465v to be on the safe side
+5v rail should be within 4.75/4.25v to be on the safe side
+12v rail should be within 11.4/12.6v to be on the safe side.

A new PSU would be good for you, for good overclocking you should at least have 34 amps on your 12v rail.

My psu says it has 32 A on the 3.3v, 50A on the 5v and 24A on the 12v. Which one is the most important, I'm assuming the 12v since it runs the cpu? What power supply could you guys recommend that has at least 6 power connectors?

The 12v rail is the most important. I would recommend the OCZ Powerstream 520w. Im not sure exaclty how many connectors it has though.....
