Exclamation back to basics...how much do I need?

got an easy question for someone out there. i need to know the minimum amount of power suggested to run (1) s754 mobo and proc(a64 3200+), x1650pro 8x agp, 1 dvd-rw, 1 pci-sata card and about 8-10 hdd...2*80gb, 3*160gb, 1*250gb, 3*300gb, 2*1tb. The pc has become more in the nature of an archive for me so it really just sits here but it never goes down and basically runs my entire household. i've got a fairly nice 550w p/s running it now but i would really appreciate if someone could give me a nice easy number as a minimum neccesary to run all these things 24/7 for 6 months at a time without restarts.

About 550W. A 3 8800 Ultra Tri SLI system uses about that when idle, so that should be plenty for you

a real good guide is on new eggs website. click on psu's, then on the upper left hand side is a wattage caculator. fill in your specs, and it will caculate a round about figure. remember though, you need to add alittle more for fans, printers, anything that plugs into the system that is going to need power. its a nice little tool, give it a try.
