Not knowing the model numbers makes the choice a little hard. However Seasonic and Corsair PSUs are exellent

Is it for another system? Replace your current rig sig PSU?

What kind of hardware does it nead to power?

I've heard both Corsair TX series and the PC P&C Silencer series and I can say with certainty that the Silencer is the quieter or the two.

All PSUs listed will provide stability across the board.

Overall, go with the Silencer.

From those I would go with the Corsair 650w single-rail. I believe single rail is better than multiple rails...?

Btw, what's wrong with your current PSU? Too loud?

I can attest to the Silverstone DA750 being very quiet... 60s single rail and modular.
