i just realized (i didnt do this btw) the psu main plug in thing 20+4 i think, the 4 isnt plugged in!!! is this hurting anything, should it even be plugged in lol?

Yes it does need to be plugged in to provide sufficient power...as for hurting anything..well if something is not getting what it needs and is stressed than overall I should think its not making components too happy. It only needs to be plugged in if you have a 24 PIN ATX connector on your motherboard.

plug it in and hey enterprise long time no see. but its harder on stuff when it tries to pull the power it needs and cant it will try harder and over heat
