The Dell 530 has a standard AcBel ATX12V PSU rated at 300W (18A on the 12V). It is a bit cramped in there so you will want to find a PSU that is the standard length of 5.5" and possibly designed with shorter cables (such as the Silverstone ST-50EF-SC) or maybe modular. Why do you need to upgrade your PSU, are you adding a new gpu? We can recommend a PSU for you if you let us know what you plan on doing.
