Yep, the 4850 uses the same power as the 9800GTX. The 8800GT uses about 10-20W less. Another 'green' card is the 9600GT. Works on my cheapo CM PSU.

Anything Corsair would be great. Even the 450w corsair can handle a 4850 easily. If you can't afford a corsair 550w, then the OCZ 600w would probably be the best buy.
