I know my PSU can handle a 9600GT and/or 8800GT
My friend have one with a 8800GT

I'll sell this one...

The Corsair VX550 would have no problems with a HD4850.

Out of those two grab the Corsair if shipping isn't too much.

Both are in my city, no shipping
So... the Corsair?

Are you sure?
The OCZ is very good tough...

here's a review
http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/451

Those guys managed to get 720W from it and it didn't even heated a ºC
it can work with 700W with a safety margin

This review is even in OCZ's Website LOL.

You need a 450 watt PSU, see here http://ati.amd.com/products/radeonhd...uirements.html

450 Watt or greater power supply with 75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express® power connector recommended

How do I know how many W are in my 450P-AG PCI-E cable?

The corsair is the better PSU. JohnnyGURU (a PSU designer) found that the OCZ had quite high ripple. Whereas the Corsair provides cleaner power. The Corsair can also be pushed quite alot over its limits.
And your PSU could handle a 4850, but the figures on the label may not be the true output, so it would be risky.

maybe I can ask for someone with a 8800GTX to let me teste his card in my PC...
the HD4850 consumes something abou it's power, no?

Its not really worth the risk really. When cheap PSUs get overloaded, they often don't have over-current/volt protection, so will go bang, and may take out your other components. If you can grab a better PSU, your system will be much more protected, and you will have some room for upgrades in the near future.
