8 Inches long, not sure about width. Pretty sure width is the standard ATX size.

I don't think is 8 inches I think its longer than that.

EDIT I Guess it is. I checked on a ruler and that didn't seem that long to me. Look like the length of a normal psu.

Corsair. I own that one's little brother, the HX520, and it's amazing. Can't hear it, steady, and it puts out well over its' rated wattage.

Not sure if the 1000w is modular like the 520 though
