personally, I always prefer to keep a backup PSU... I've had 3 motherboards die on me, and I've had 3-4 other various uses for it... they always come in handy...

but if you're tight on cash, then go ahead and sell it, though at most you'll probably get $50-60 for it

i would keep it for back up tbh. Also you never know when you feel the need to build like a secondary pc and screw buying another quality psu if you have one on backup

Will do. I'm keeping it for a back-up.. I'm probably going to use it for a folding Rig. as now I'll have my Q6700, a hx520, i have a spare TRUE in the mail. and I have 2GB Ram spare. now all i need is a donated 9600GS or something cheap that will put out mass PPD and I'll start a folding with a cheap $60 Mobo.

Well..I actually just did a PSU calculator.. well I did the other month. it recommended 5-600w PSU.. but I listed the Q9300 as didn't have the Q9650.

So this time I did the QX9650. set the correct voltage, and the overclock to 4.0 Ghz. I also set the manual overclock on GFX card from 576 to 680 that i use 24/7 and I included all 7 fans. and the 8th that will be on my True.. as it will have 2. and the external HD that I got recently.. and this time I got a recommendation of a 700w PSU.. so that pretty much seals this deal for me. as I need a 700w according to that.. So what I have is not enough. and the pcp&c will do the trick.

I just ordered it.. I'm sure hoping it works out great.

Thanks guys
