I had an old Dell 120W blow up. Started out by just crashing the system once in awhile, became more frequent, and one day i was eating lunch and heard a shocking noise, walked in there and sparks coming out the back of the PSU. I instantly jammed my finger onto the power button to crash it, as soon as i did, a big noise sounded and metal went everywhere.

So, i bought another on eBay. Couldn't put a different one in there, it was propriety.

When mine blew it really scared the **** out of me, I was only 12 at the time and it actually blew the circuit breaker so all I could see are these sparks at my feet and I was really freaked out!
