Bad power supplies are bad. Everyone of the ones that you are thinking about getting because they look cool... don't. How about saving a few more bucks and buying one of the ones these guys have been suggesting.

They make cheap power supplies for one reason... well two. To power calculators and for pretty light shows. :O)

Agreed, your money would probably be better spent on a Taco Bell feast.

I had to rebuild a friend's PC (replace the motherboard and video card) after his 400W Powmax blew. I'm suprised it didnt kill the CPU!

Ok, I've narrowed it down to these three. Leaning more towards the OCZ, and the RAIDMAX.

OCZ it is, with that rebate, I can't NOT get it. (AND free shipping. It ends up being CHEAPER than the Powmax.) I should've done a little research before impulse buying the first pretty thing I saw.

Don't worry friend, I feel the same way about my ex girlfriend.

Anyway, good choice on the OCZ. They make great PSU's.
