Default For $20, I couldn't resist.

What can I say? The price was right, and it'll get me through until I can get something truly special.

http://www.xoxide.com/powmax-demon-480w-psu.html

It should go well with my setup, what with blue lights all over the place. (I'll post pics once I finish my mods. It's amazing what you can do with an old Gateway case.) I've got a total of, Two 12" blue cold cathodes, Two UV Blue LED 80MM fans, plus the stock case fans, a Jumbo laser LED, and this PSU all coming in the mail this week.

Already in there is an OCZ Memory cooler with Blue LED fans.

Ended up cutting a window in the case today, figured it was pointless to have all this flash, without being able to see it. I have to say it came out rather nicely.

To sell it that cheap, you really wonder what they scamped on to cut a profit (or at least break even).

Just don't put anything on that 12V rail. Would make a great night light, tho'.

It's not like I'm throwing the coolmax in the garbage. if the Powmax breaks down, I've still got a backup. By the time it breaks down though, I'll have a better PSU. (Looking into the Ultra X3)

You do realize though, if that PSU dies it could take all your other hardware with it. Then you might end up having to buy a new PSU, Mobo, CPU, GPU, ect...
