I'm going disable speedstep + sort out the ram timings. No idea why they were like that as default

I had planned on not touching my bios until my dark knight arrives. oh well .

Turns out that my colleague put Cl4 ram rather than CL5 ram in our order. Setting the dimm volatage to 2.1 as required fixed it.
