PSU problem??
This is my first build. I'm getting no post beep and no display. All the fans are running and the mobo lights up. The gpu is running, but is dead quiet (don't know if it is weak or just really quiet). It has 3 red lights blinking by the PCI port. I've switched out the ram, unplugged the HDD, and optical. However, the fan on the PSU is really loud and speeds up and slows down in regular intervals. Any suggestions? I don't have anything but the ram to switch out and test.

well first of all welcome to overclock.net
__________________ but to ur problem,maybe its failing some how....but idk about that cuz the fans are runnin soo... how much did u spend on the psu? please dont tell me u spent over 100 for that....
