I'm running out of connections for accessories, but have two open four pin molexes that go into the hard drives. Should I leave these alone? Will it drain power needed for the hard drives?

Is that a single +12v rail in that PSU ?
__________________If so just utilises them because it draws current from the same point. If you can solder just connect into the existing AUX MOLEX connectors and run in parallel. cheers

It wont hurt anything. Your comp doesnt need anywhere near 25A.
You can even get Y splitters for the molexes too if you run out.

if you are concerned I'd say get a couple enhanced power leads just as a precaution. I have one running the the EZ power connector on my mobo. It serves a dual purpose... it helps stabalize the power going to my mobo (Asus A8N-SLI deluxe requres it for SLi... but when i switched to my 7800GT I kept it in) and it extends the cable so it is easier to hide all the other cables.
