Default OCZ Modular PSU'S

I'm looking at the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341018 PSU. My question is can I buy different cables to plug into the PSU. For example it comes with 6x sata connections but in the future I may want more. I know I can get the converter things but I also want to know If I can buy a different cable set to plug into the psu.

You generally would need to contact OCZ for more cables as they are semi-properitary. You could make your won but will be a lot of work.

You could possible buy used cables, but not buy extra cables.

You could take your existing cables and turn them into SATA cables.

OCZ does not give extra cables.....or cable extensions.

It's about as hard to make cables from your non-used modular cables as it is to undervolt a couple fans.

The outgoing molex connector from the powersupply is meaningless, just use one of the PCI-e, 6 or 8pin conversion cable that comes with the video card, pop off the molex PCI-e from the conversion cable and stick the molex pins from the PSU cable in the right ports and call it good. 10 min job, if that.

Just make sure you are using a 1 PCI-e connector per modular cable, with nothing else.
