Anyone using a PicoPSU from Mini-box.com? Been thinking of picking one up for my server but was unsure as to what people's opinions of them are. I would be picking up the 150W version.

Thoughts?

I've got this 150watt model.

I haven't had any problems with it. Works really well, I modded mine for a longer cable inside the case, and more SATA connections.

I got this cable and this PCI bracket as well.

Shipping was fast, quality is good. No complaints on my end.

Strangely I own two of the 120W versions. I say "strangely" because I haven't used either of them. Picked them up cheap second hand, but haven't had a use for them yet and don't have AC adapters.

Previous owners liked them and they work great for their intended use - in small energy efficient systems.

I may pick up the 120W version, power consumption on the server never goes above 80W IIRC so it's pointless to pay the extra money for the 150w version...or is it?

If you are not going over 80watts then the 120watt one should be just fine.

I would recommend having atleast a 95watt brick with it if you do not.
