it is mainly my 12v i am looking at, seems alittle high

12.88 is above the ATX spec of 5% tolerance (11.4v-12.6v on +12v). So either faulty software reading(which is more likely the case), or a faulty PSU. A surefire way to tell is to check using a digital multimeter which can be found at most hardware stores.
Also you can check up in your BIOS readings on your rails. BIOS tend to be more accurate than software readings, but not as accurate as a DMM.

The only thing that matters is load voltage really. Load up prime95 and see if anything goes out of whack. You are close enough to the +/- 5% I would not worry.
