My main gaming rig will be moved to my Lian Li case as my new 4870 runs WAY too hot which will be put in the HAF932.

It has 52 amps on a single 12v rail. Not sure if it'll handle 2 GTX260s.

It will be close, but it also means you will be loading it close to max, which means more heat and a short life. If there is some way you could get a 750 that would be better.

650w will be fine
i run a 620w with my quad - and have run dual 4870s nad dual 3870s both highly overlcocked (along with the quad) with no issues..... Corsair PSUs are massively overspeced.....i have seen reviews of people pulling >740w out of a HX-620

Well that's what I thought. I've been reading almost all the Corsair PSUs are underrated. The HX-750 watt is another 45 dollars and that offers 60 amps on the 12v rail.

A 750w will cover all those little things pulling power as well... USBs, external drives etc. It will also cover you in case you want to get another HD or PCI card in the future.

Well to be honest, I was gonna get another PC Power and Cooling 750 watt PSU, but I wanted a modular power supply. I can also pick up the red or black 750 for about 100 dollars and change. It's just unfortunate that PC Power and Cooling doesn't make any modular power supplies. So I went with the 2nd best, Corsair which does.

If modular is what you are after then that 650HX for $100 seems the way to go. That is a good deal for that unit. You shouldn't have any problem running that rig with SLI'd 260s with that PSU.

I'd say get 750TX just to be on the safe side..i'd rather it be overpowering then lacking in power
