Default Can I RMA my corsair tx650w after cutting out ucps for rebate?

My 650w has been making squeeling noises during games ever since I bought it. I thought it was the fan that was the problem so I just ignored it. Later on I noticed I should be getting higher frame rates in games with a gtx275 but I'm getting less than what is expected, seems almost like the squeel is from the psu getting really stressed or a coil or transistor is broken.

I bought it in July and I cut out the code from the box as soon as I bought it to ship it off for the rebate.

Can I still RMA, does it require a ucp code, and how long will this take to get a new psu back?

this is the exact problem that someone else had

UPC is Not required for RMA, only when and where you bought it. If you have the receipts you're fine.
