Default Low power, low cost quality PSU

i'm looking to upgrade my HTPC from what i currently have. I'm gonna be starting a little project by getting a new case and doing a bit of wiring behind the back panel and try to make the case wiring as clean as possible. If i get a new case, i'm gonna get a new PSU.

I don't need one with huge power, (i've calculated it out and need like 350w-430w psu) but i would like it to be 80plus at least. I would also like it to have a bottom intake fan.

I found this silverstone which seems pretty decent.

I also found this rosewill green series, but i'm a bit leary on it.

i've looked at the seasonic/corsair psu's but i'm not liking the price on them right now.

if someone could help me choose a psu, that'd be awesome.

What's your budget? You can get a small Corsair or PCPower & Cooling power supply for around $40 or $50.... 380 watt. I just got one for a friend. Both of those are obviously good brands.

If you can find an OCZ StealthXstream 400W, that's a good choice. It's made by CWT, unlike most other CWT units, and is of a much higher buid quality. CWT make most of Corsair's PSUs.

The Antec Basiq 500W is a good choice (from the post above) but the rest of the Basiq range aren't so amazing. The 500W is a Delta built PSU.

You can't find those 400w StealthXstream units for sale anywhere but ebay anymore, and people are charging up the ying-yang for some of them. They are PERFECT little PSUs, I have one in one of my rigs. I paid $34 shipped for it, and now I can't find them for less than $50 after shipping.
