OCZ makes them.

Most likely, they're built by Foxconn

Topower and FSP. Some are 3Y and Sirtec.

OCZ also owns PCP&C, but they're pretty much still separate companies. Win-Tact makes the Turbo-Cools and Seasonic make the Silencers.

Wrong, and wrong.

They use quite a few. Most are built by FSP.

The majority of PSU companies contract out manufacturers to make their PSUs for them.

/Fail is pretty much right. Topower made the older stuff like the Modstream and Powerstream and 3Y did the Evo and ProX 1kW. FSP handles the GameX, StealthX 500W and up and the ModX. The 600W and below models are fairly decent, but as you work your way up to the 1010W they steady get worse. I don't normally recommend any of the FSP units above 600W. Sirfa (formerly Sirtec) makes the ModX Pro and some of the Fata1ties and most likely the Z series. CWT makes the 400W StealthX and ModX Pro. There is also Impervio which makes the 700W Fatal1ty and the EliteX.

Go PSU master!

The CWT 400W units are actually pretty good. It's a shame they're pretty much impossible to find.

Yup, CWT DSA based. Definitely a solid, low watt design. I'm still not sure why OCZ went with CWT for those two models, it's not like FSP and Sirfa don't have fairly decent designs at that power level. $$$ probably.
