Question help find a 600-700W psu under £60
able to put stable power into 2 hd 4890 and a highly OC'd i5 system, modular is unnecessary expecially if it raises cost, cool and quiet would be greatly welcomed.

yeah its not unlikely that i'll upgrade to a newer GPU and then two of those as soon as i can and not lose much money out of it

but anyway thanks for looking / linking

I cant check the item on ebuyer as it is blocked at college.

Just make sure you get a quality PSU with enough amps or else you risk blowing your whole pc. Been there, done that and its not fun.

Earthwatts are very good PSU's and probably the best decision on that budget.

650w earthwatts PSU for £73 delivered, looking at the cheaper PSU's I wouldnt trust any of them.

The Earthwatts are pretty good, but they're HUGE. Bigger than some 1KW units.

The 750W Earthwatts actually has terrible ripple problems (121mv) at some loads, that's outside of ATX Spec, by 1MV, but you can do a lot worse for a power supply.

You're not going to find a good PSU for under £60 that will power your system well.
