It will work, but you can get a more dependable and better built PSU for $30.

sig rig??? uhh sure i thinks so no idea but i want to get this mother bored
so dose this come with on bored sound cards and graphics card allso what ram dose it take ddr2 and what cpu dose it take?

Is this for the rig in your signature? Don't waste your time and money on cheapo power supplies. You can get one of the highest quality PSUs, the Corsair 400W, for $30 shipped after rebate. Much better PSU than the one you linked.

Personally I wouldn't get a Zotac. I bought a Mini-ITX board from them and it died after a couple weeks. I'd go with a Gigabyte board: link.
