This review page shows their test rig and this page in the review shows power consumption of the entire system.
Note that GTX 280 SLI takes 515W with the whole system. Your cards take less power than a GTX 280 does. That enough proof?

you'll be fine, this power supply is great. I have one too.
Powers my rig fine E8600 at 4.5Ghz 2 GTX260's 2 HDD's 1 optical drive and around 12 fans.

Somewhat, only a 2% difference between 8x/8x/ and 16x/16x. Basically for every 100FPS, you'll lose 2FPS.
