New System:
AMD 9850 TDP of 125W
I can't find any where wat the minimum power requirements are for this mobo.

Old System:
e2140 TDP 65W
"make sure the PSU will provide at least 18A on the 12V-2 lead, and Power supply of 350 watts (and above) is highly recommended for system stability." Source

The power supply should be fine, but maybe it died, I am not sure. It obviously is enough to run your old system, but now I am not so sure it was enough to run your new system.

Apologies. I did mean 492watts. That's what I get for posting while distracted.

I think pip just made a typo

Anyway, the rosewill should be plenty, assuming it's not defective.

Did you install the motherboard in the case properly? (With standoffs and all)
Yes I did. I am going to put my old motherboard and cpu back in and see what happens.
