trust OCZ more as a brand and the 12v rail outputs are greater than the raidmax..

I bought a RAIDMAX PSU from newegg and it would turn the fans on and such, but wouldn't power the computer enough to output to the monitor, so I don't trust anything from Raidmax. (It was my previous, very old, very low-end computer)

I'd go with the OCZ from those two choices, definitely. I would suggest to buy your OCZ PSU from SVC, but they're all out of stock. (Unless you want a 1000w)

The OCZ is the better option between the two. I have heard nothing but bad about raidmax around here. Steer clear of them.

Neither is great, but just about anything is better than that Raidmax. Those things tend to make better doorstops than power supplies. Consider the Corsair 550W or 650W if you can afford it. The 550W is $80 after rebate.
