Aerocool Touch 2100, it does what it says

review by locutush

So i finally built it in.

It does what it says. Nothing less, nothing more

In my case:
1. 1x GT AP15, and temp for vga
2. 2x GT AP15 (on my H2O 620 radiator PP), and temp for cpu
3. 2x AC F8 Pro, and temp for MB
4. 1x AC F8 Pro, and temp for HDD
5. Noiseblocker XR2 60mm, and temp for case

It all goes on at max rpm, surprisingly the AP15-s are even at max amazingly silent.
I set them up to around 1200 rpm each, so the system is cool'n'quiet now.

Pros:
- looks good
- easy, and simple touch controls
- controls them manually only, by toching the rpm, but if the alarm temp is reached, it turns them up to max automatically
- better handling than my previous FC6's analoge potmeters
- color changing, and even off for the LCD
- 25w per chanell... dont know who uses that much tough...

Cons
- a bit too much cabling (2x usb3, front audio, 5x temp, 5x fan headers, and molex) for my small microatx case at least... it was a real surgical operation to align all cables, and sensors
- no profiling (i would like to see silent, gaming etc profiles for all the fans, and switch with a simple touch, would be nice)
- beep sound for touching... chinese feature... can not turn it off

ProsCons
Good looking, 5 chanell, touch controlled display. It beeps when i touch it :D
