Pros: Six cores. Great overclocker. Easy to overclock. Multitasks well. Runs cool.
Cons: None really. Didn't notice a huge difference from 4 cores and 6.
I upgraded from a Phenom II 920 to this and I love it. Especially the unlocked multi. It was extremely simple to run this chip at 4.0GHz after dropping it into my mobo. It runs pretty cool, but I'm running water.
Very simple to OC, just up the multi and bump the vcore. I'm running 1.450v.

I Got mine to 5Ghz Unstable (runs for about 2 hours then crashes )
and 4.5Ghz Stable ar 1.425v
