Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power Power Supply
It’s all about the power. No matter if you’re using brand new, high end components or you’re cobbling together a system from leftover parts, you need a stable, reliable power supply unit. The Antec BP550 plus delivers 550 Watts of power with active PFC and heavy duty protection circuitry which protects your components from damage caused by short circuits, over circuits, excess voltage and other hazards. The PSU has an integral 120mm low noise cooling fan to aid in keeping your entire system operating at optimal temperatures. Similarly, the modular cable system lets you install only the cords you need for your system. CPU power can be provided using either a 4or 8-pin connector, and you can connect to a PCI Express expansion card with either a 6-pin or 6+2 pin cable. By installing only the cables you need, you are able to improve airflow within the case as well as the ease with which you can access and install the components.
