Pros: Beautiful Exterior. Quiet, decent cooling layout, awesome hard drive bay design, room in case
Cons: No behind-tray cable management (older revision), some hard to reach areas
This is an absolutely beautiful case.
I have two, though both are older revisions.
The cooling layout is not very complicated but it works and I like it. The front fans do suck in air through side vents behind the front panel; it actually seems to work well since I receive the same temps that I had on a Lancool K58W with a front fan in front of the CPU, whereas this config has no such front fan.
These older revisions do not have behind-the-tray cable management. You won't be able to hide cables, but you will be able to at least manage them so that they don't impede with airflow.
The hard drive bay design is absolutely awesome, though it can be hard to reach at times.
I mostly went for a P180 for the sake of an absolutely beautiful exterior.
